Identity please

this fish was spewed up by one of the cod today it was around 6 inches long and had a serrated fin all along its back (like the teeth on a junior hacksaw)

what is it - please as we could not identify it on the boat.

aye thats the one thanks alan - on the way in today we say a massive feeding frenzy of birds etc so the macky for you mr charlton are around we just did not stop to catch. would have been a long trip down to whitby for you. LOL

Loads of herring shoals Norman if you take any shrimp rigs at the weekend.Tried more times than i can remember for mackerel but none landed, lad said 14 mile mark they at but we hit 11 mile mark and none...always worth a drop everytime you stop anyway, water clean(ish) after about 2miles out.

Good luck for the weekend i am having until the 1st of June off i think now as other thing son anyway.
