IMAX Floatation Suit

Bought one at Christmas and find it nearly impossible to close the storm flap on the hood. I was going to swap it for a Sundridge this Christmas, but on the off chance of a design fault I contacted Svendsen Sport head office in Denmark...RESULT!

Turns out the first batch of hoods were incorrectly made by the supplier and this has been raised as an issue several times by different people. I\'ve been informed to get in touch with a guy called Jeff Warren at Svendsen Sport customer services who will sort me out with a new hood!

If you don\'t ask you don\'t get! :D
 
Nice one Mike. I got one a few months ago and it is ok. Only problem I have is that their sizes are a wee bit smaller than others, apart from that it is fine.

Aparently Jim, the legs are shorter so that they don\'t trail in the sand and water. Think I\'d rather they did! :D
 
I had my other one shortened by a couple of inches and it was fine. You can\'t add a couple of inches to it.
Seems as if it will be warm enough for the winter though, I suppose with me boots underneath it should be fine.

Just received my replacement hood (which fits!) from Svendsen Sports this morning.

No problem Rob. I called Jeff Warren yesterday and he mentioned that he had just sent one out - must have been yours. Posting my old one off tomorrow. :D
 
Mike , any chance you could let me know the contact number ? I\'ve looked on the website but can\'t seem to find any details .
I\'ve had mine about a year and thought the only reason I couldn\'t fasten the hood was cos of my fat neck !!! Cheers Al
