IMAX Rods

Hi was wondering if any of you fishermen out there have any opinions on the IMAX 2 ceps 3 ceps and 4 ceps rods. I have found some where that is having a half price sale on them and im in the market for a new rod. I am thinking of purchasing one, other than that the Sonic SK3. Your help would be greatly apprechiated.

go for the sonik ,i bought a imax 5-6, on my first sesh i was retreving and my gripper was only stuck in sand and the tip snapped off , the tackle shop give me a new one ,the tip snapped off that one when i was taking it out of the car ,back to nets tackle they apologised and gave me another one ,3 inches snapped off that tip when i struck for a bite, so nets gave me a 6-7with apologies and i.ve never had a prob with it, but i have somewhat lost confidence in imax rods.

i got one when they first came out and i love it, always had century rods

but this rod was half the price and is twice as good, i have given it some stick too.

nice and light fantastic casting and great bite detection.

Glasgow Angling Centre they are going for £99.

I have the SK3 14FT Rough Ground rod £109.99p and i am well pleased with the rods performance. You carnt get much rougher ground than Newbiggin Cliffs, Cresswell Rocks and the Cambois Hole. And up to now i carnt fault the rod.
