wats legal side with regards to breaks while at work ???
in respect of the number of hours worked in 1 day
giving that you are entitled to a break


not that i need any breaks anymore due to a hot head

There are lots and lots of different rules, it all depends what you do, well sometimes anyway. My best advice would be to have a word with the CAB they have loads of information on almost everything and it is free.

thnxs 4 the help n input and links lads/lasses

think that shows me i was right to be hot headed [ but to resign prob not ] 12 hours without a proper so called rest break [ when not serving customers i could rest ] and occasionally/often looking at a vdu... just hope the job centre aggrees with me

ps i worked alone most days


least now i got the free time [ 4 the minute ] to get out the fishing gear again

now were did i put that boat rod ??
