Info on roker please lads

Just had the little ones down to see the lights at rocker park. Had a stroll along beach way towards rat house and looking for any info on the two beaches either side of the pier. What's the fishing like, what times to fish and what baits?

North side 2 hours either side if low, bigger the sea the better for both beaches and crab baits, north side does not need a big chuck 70/80 yards ample, fish north side on a average size tide, as the beach is flat it empties out and fills up quick. Fish between the smugglers pub up to the watch tower on the cliff behind you.
