here goes m8 from sunderland get to TESTOS ROUNDABOUT straight over that stay on that road its roughly 4 mile to HEWORTH ROUNDABOUT when you get there go into filter lane as to go off at right angles just off roundabout theres a sharp left you will see a pub go past that the road drops down bare to your left follow road all the way for as far as you can BINGO ya there good luck

Open I think... Was refurbished a while back I think. Not sure though as I don't go past too often
