Are you talking about melting the rubber Dunk ? If so it wouldnt stay liquid long enough to pour i reckon. You can buy cold pour liquid rubber in tins, i had some many years ago, but dont know how long it would take to go off to make a shad, you would also have to wax the mould to stop it sticking to the sides........Sounds like you are bored....

I think we ever telt ya that had bee on the BUCKFAST dunnky when I worked offshore we had a bath we used to put oil resin blocks in to coat items that needed protection from moisture,there was an external electric element around the outside of the s/steel bath.
