errrm dont know about that mate , the lanne and pensioners corner in sunderland docks take some beating, but not allowed to fish there now

If you were fishing the end on the flood then it is snaggy but much less so on the ebb. Anywhere from the first gate upwards in the riverside is very snaggy. There are much worse places than that though. Most rock marks are a lot worse. You know you're fishing the right ground for the good fish though the more snaggy it is. Just goes with the territory.

get yourself out man i had some bigger and better fish in the summer than in the winter you never no best of luck when you eventually get out
