Jacket troubles

I've had a bit of bother with my imax jacket so I've contacted svendsen sport but they're reluctant to help me unless I have proof of purchase for the jacket. And with moonfleet now closed I can't get them to make a new receipt.

So does anybody have an old receipt I could borrow or could somebody send me a copy of their receipt. So I can have the jacket replaced or repaired ??

Can you get a bank or credit card statement? That would be sufficient David.

My partner bought the jacket for me and she paid cash.
It was purchased at moonfleet who now is no longer trading .

I have no proof of purchase other than the damaged jacket
