best fishing book iv'e read is on pike angling by Mick brown, very inpsirational.

I think best fishing book I`ve read (although its bent on sea fishing) is without doubt "the codling crouch" by our very own David Storey .... maybe its the "knowing" of places mentioned or the history behind it but it certainly brings back some fond memories .....
