Caught from collywell over high water using ragworm only and got a bit wet going down the rocks for it but well worth it. And well done on a new pb mate

Very nice well done john i fished river wear tonight with my son and our m8 Mick i caught a rockling my first for over 5yrs mick got a small yting so the fish we caught your Cod would eat for breakfast it looks bigger than 11lb in the picture.

As it happens I was fishin with the lad tonight and collywell is not far from seaton sluice harbour the main road that takes you over seaton sluice harbour just after the melton constable pub coming from blyth take the first left and the road bends round to the right then there's a fence stop there and look over the top seaward and you'll see a large rock which is known as charlies garden well that fish was caught in the bay to the right of that mate hope this helps.

Sorry mate just trying to help as I was talkin to john on sat night I recognised him from your pics and had a good bit crack nice lad to talk to just a shame the weed was too heavy and couldn't stay longer! the last thing I aim to do is cause daft arguements I described the place the best way I could.
