Kayaking Cresswell few cod about.

We managed a launch at Cresswell/Lynemouth this morning out for a couple of hours.
Launched at the back of the high rocks into the square hole. The majority of the fish were caught 400yrds off the flat rock area of bog hall rocks. Fish taken on mussell squid a crab. Although there was a bit of a swell the conditions were good with plenty of sun.
Had 5 between us biggest around 3.5lb......

Yeah seen you guy's today when i was out with my two boy's and the mutt. Just a question is it expensive to get into kayaking? Looks great.
I had a 18' reiver sportsman but due to my job (working offshore) i could never get anyone to launch it with me as all my mates were at work when i was off, The kayaks look pretty easy to launch?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Cheers.

another good kayak report well done, that sit in kayak I have at the bottom of the garden is looking mighty tempting I visualize outriggers on it for stability and rod holders
