Kayaks.

For the kayak guys. This year at the North East Sea Angling and Boat Show, Brookbank Kayaks will have a selection of kayaks and canoes to look at.
P.S. you woulldn't get me on one of those things unless the water was no more than three inches deep and flat calm."Chicken, course I am".
Tight Lines, Sam.

will be at the show sam looking for a good deal on a gps for the yak
your quite welcome to borrow mine or i can get you a lend of one if you want to go out with us yak lads next time were out:D jeff

You don't mind if I pass on that do you Jeff ?. Thank you for the offer though, I would have to be drunk and drugged, I wouldn't even sit on one on a shop floor. I like a boat that I can get up and walk around on.

hi steve was out sat 9 till 1 off st marys
was a fast drift me and neil blanked but tim headed out to the yellow can had about 10 size cod to 4 3/4 lb
was a confused sea coming back into the bay so we had an interesting journey back :D:D hope you got out and hope to meet up soon jeff

Hi Jeff,

Yeah we got out and I think we had a bit of a confused sea until we got about a mile off where the swells were nice and lazy. We had hardly any bites until heading back in when I got a nice sized whiting and Steve Smith who was with me got a cod 4 1/2 in casting distance off Church point. It was my 1st time wearing a drysuit which i was grateful for as i got dumped...and then dumped again after climbing back on board!! hahahha...it was a laugh and glad to have finally got it over with. I can report its a doddle getting back on despite all the horror stories on Anglers afloat...
We will defo be heading back out when we next get some decent weather so i will try let you know in good time...Is Tim who you mention the Tim who now works at Sonik??.
If so I used to chat with him in Temples and would be good to catch up...preferably afloat..
Catch you soon and let me know if you lot are going out anytime soon.
Steve
