keeping fishing line

hi all im thinking of buy 2 . half kilo spools of line ive being told to keep it out the sun is there any think else i need to do or is that it . apart from put it on a reel thanks

Keep it in the dark and it will be fine mate

with both my sons calling me the above when eva i finish fishing on my last reel in, i draw my line through a cloth to get rid of all the salt and crap thats what i have done for years

Change water every day or 2 and it will keep for years

Grows aswell

keep my kilo spools in dark cool cupboard and never had problem
