had a good night last night round the back of the kings arms, met some lads fishing there. good crack, 1 of them caught a canny bass, over a lb easy. i lifted my rod and it was canny heavy when reeling in, got snagged, got out of it and it was gone. ended up with a my hook straight through a lobster claw. gutted i lost it, would have loved to catch a lobster. left there and went to blyth beach, got a snap off, a birds nest of epic proportions, gave up and went home.

That bass was a suprise like, what a day my mate had, 5 fish, 4 diff species off 5 casts ! I've got a few pics of your claw too lol
