anyone ever owned one of these rods?what did you think of it,any good?just got a blank from a m8 gonna rebuild it.thanks for any info

Really powerful rod. Century replaced it with the WR300. I could find no difference between the WR300 and the Grand prix. Excellent rod for rough ground and kelp but as for casting it was way to hard to bend for me.

Thanks for the reply! well ive just whipped it,should be ready to fish with next weekend,cant wait to give it a go.
