I thought you's did very well on tightlines on a bloody horrible day has to be said

I fished the River Derwent two days before the filming and it was T-shirt weather. I caught my first ever grayling and was over the moon. It was equally horrible the day we fished Hury. The pic in the magazine was taken during the ten minute break in the wind and rain. It was like this most of the day -

Nobody can accuse us of being fair weather anglers! We go out in allsorts even when the cameras aren't there!
