Joined the rest of the flotilla on this glorious sunny day, had to wait our turn to launch at the Marina Slipway out of Sunderland as it was chokka block. Was well worth the wait did not catch as many as previous outing but manage 3 descent cod 2 x 3lb and one at about 7 1/2Ib lost a bigger one just as it was coming in and threw back loads of coalies fished the yellow can and a few marks off hendon, weather changed a bit got cold and a bit choppy then came back out sunny and slight roll.

Hi mate that would have been my stepson filling up its an expensive hobby this lol did you have a good day out? The weather is a bit choppy rest of week not sure when we are out again!!

Certainly is, but worth it when you have a good day, had 8 cod and and 4 ling biggest 11lb 5oz. I used 4 gallon on saturday doing the 5 mile wrecks but who wants to go slow when you can go faaaaaaaast........

That was moi filling up, agree with the "fast" statement aswell...

Costs a bit more but more fishing time!
