Fished White House sands last night in the Newbiggen club comp. really thought I was gona have one of those nights where every mortal thing goes wrong!
1st I tripped over a fence all my gear going flying.
2nd my headlamp decided to dismantle on my head.
But once I got fishing everything seemed to go right. Ended up with 1flatty and 3cod for a weight of 3lb 15oz. My mate Gaz caught his usual over sized crab and 1cod for 1lb 1oz. A lot of bites all night and 1 very very big bite but did not come back.
