LazyBaits

Hi Guys,

Due to the distance we must drive to reach the coast and timing it so we arrive 2 hours before high tide we can’t dig for rag or lug and it would appear to be the best bait for the marks we use. I have found Lazy-rag and Lazy-lug on the internet and I am wondering how successful these baits are?

Cheers

Colin, try some frozen baits mate, that way you can always have something handy as they don't take long to thaw. Find a local tackle shop and try them for your fresh bait like worm.

As most dealers will tell you, the lazy baits are not designed to catch fish they are designed to catch anglers lol.

Jim.

used lazy lug last year from the boat several times and caught nowt, threw away half a tub and even the gulls would'nt take it. maybe it'll work for somebody (other than the makers) but its not for me.

I havwe not heard of any favourable reviews for these at all. I don,t jnow what they are preserved in but if its formaldahide they must taste crap to a fish.

why dont you find out the nearest tackel dealer to where your fishing and pre order some bait for when you fish and then just pick it up on your way
that is if your fishing during the day like :)
