Ledgering for trout

going to try ledgering for the first time and was wondering wat were the best rigs to use. any help most welcome.

I usually just use a running leger mate that way your always in contact with the fish if you catch one that is

Running ledger with a stop set about 3ft when using power bait as it floats up above any weed etc. The "takes" are dynamic.
