Just a bit of good customer service to report, I bought my H7R 3 years ago,, and it has been abused by me at the beach every winter. plus two sons have used it under cars!. This week I decided to try and replace the headstrap, looking on E-Bay I found a cheap copy with the same strap, so I ordered one, in the meantime, my youngest and I fished Embleton Saturday night, he had 4 codling, 3 around 2lbs one at 1 + 1/2 lbs, me nothing, but great for him, during teh session my headlight died, his, teh same model carried on regardless. Tried to recharge Sunday, but no flashing green LED, so I e-mailed LENSER's disti in the UK, a brand new one arrived this morning. Can't be better customer service than that, all they want is the bust one returned.
