Lewis Angling Parking

Just to let anyone know who uses Lewis Angling (quality tackle shop) in Whitley Bay, the parking spaces around it are now "Pay & Display". It is only 1p per minute, so take some loose change if you are going there. Aparrently the "things" that crawl from under their stones are VERY enthusiastic about putting their little yellow stickers on car windscreens, and a couple of anglers have been caught out.
Pesonally I rate it as a top tackle shop, and will happily pay 10p to spend 10 minutes in it.

It's a well known fact that North Tyneside council only employ ex members of the SS to do traffic enforcement. Wor lass got a ticket for using the wrong ticket machine, despite it being closest to the car and being the same price for the time she was there. When I questioned how often people fell foul of this the woman from the council replied "Oh, it happens all the time"

john i mentions this a month ago ,also the north ramp at tynemouth how many are going to be caught out by s.s.wardens davy
