the 4.99 stocking foot waders are great for the price, just pvc type things under a pair of wellies keep your legs warm and dry for those occaions that don't really warrant a pair of neoprene chesties, and of they are doing the wee boxes of mini pirks they are champion for the price. the rods and that... they're probably made of cheese - chinese cheese at that
