The okuma ultramax in 25 i have is really good and the 40or50 i used on the boat before was mint aswell

I still use F1 30/35lb line for my rough ground reels but in 15lb I now use a line called viz its mainly used on the tournament field, 15lb is .31 diameter and the 20lb is .35 and at £20 for a half kilo spool is even better, I think that's about 6800 metres of line.
I would use it instead of F1 if I could get it in 30lb
The shock leaders are great too.

It's not as good as diawa tournament for the field but for fishn at that price you can strip ya line off and replace it at a minimal cost

Hope this helps

Sakuma all the way...

Sakuma all the way...

Use the Sakuma 'Crystal' range, 0.34mm in 15lb, and cracking strength, abrasivness and durability, trust me you wont be disappointed with it. ;) :)

I would have to agree with sufix tritanium. I see its getting quite a following. ID had loads in but mostly high breaking strain the 15lb obviously flying out. Plenty on ebay though.
