Looks like I'm gona get myself a little project to keep me busy for the winter.

14ft PP Jet 65e

It is currently sitting in a field (and has been for 2 years) and need a lot of TLC and was powered by a Ford X flow. Just wondering if anyone's got information on these little boats as I need to match the engine with the impeller but need to find a manual.

Eezy sar or the austrailian version "Start ya *******" and it will be sorted.

Yeah, the jetdrive is a PP Jet 65e and in internals of the drive is spotless and shiny (including the impeller) plus the boat is solid and just needs a good Jet wash (pardon the pun). I really need to sort the trailer out plus fit a new X Flow engine using the marine parts from this one and then the rest is just cosmetic (famous last words).

watched a boat like this being rebuilt on discovery shed a couple of months ago.The bloke who designed the propulsion unit came back from australia to help with the rebuild.It ran after a new battery and points were fitted and looked great when it was finished

thought he would of changed that dodgey starting motor for a one that didnt need pursuasion to work lol. seemed a bit of a tight arse the feller though lol

No idea's on boats mate, but the Ford cross-flow engines were pretty common in a load of the older cars - mk1/2 escorts, capri's etc. Not seen one on donkey's years - they were a standard swap engine for quick modified cars, used to see them bunged in anything that was otherwise lacking some power (little 1.3 chevettes usually had their motors swapped out for the x-flow).
