Fished the beach last night with my mate Craig whitey winter from half 11 last night til half 3, had quite few fish mainly underside but few nice fish, whiting flatties coalys and small codling, Craig had nice whiting must have been hitting the 2 pound mark was biggest ive seen so far. Bait used was frozen peeler and mackerel and mackerel must have accounted for most fish on the night, all in all good few hours session makes a change from all the blanks lol

Well done m8. I my opinion if you've got a stash of frozen peeler you should try putting it in the river, the cod have been taking crab of late...
I've had a few canny sessions....

i had a near 5lber out the river the other week had crabs in its gut
