loads of cod at blyth pier yesterday

was fishin blyth pier and ter was about 10-15 cod court all around 2 - 3lb and ther was a 4 - 5lb a didnt get nout they wher all court of the left

whent to tynemouth at about 7pm till 11 and got nothin ther niver

Good to see a few kicking about nice pan size, with the reports i am dusting off my rods as we speak

I would not say that there were exactly “loads” of codling caught as there were about 15 to 20 people fishing the pier me being on of the many that blanked, conditions mind you did look perfect. Fished on the bend from 1.00 pm until 5.00pm and only saw two codling caught in that time, one on the end and one from the river side just after the bend, bait used razor, mussel, rag , crab & yellow tail.

ther was mor than that cort earlyer a was ther from about 9am till about 5pm a got 1 but was small 1 lad walked off with 3 about 2lb each 1 lad had a 5lb and ter was a lad who cort 2 and put 2 back not much was cort ferther down tho like u sead.
