local fish?

Anyone tried throwing a lure or 2 off our piers yet? I've seen the odd catch report from Eyemouth, but nothing local yet. Just itching to go out

I had a size pollack off roker pier about 4-5 weeks ago. Had nowt the 3 times after that. The water has been manky.

Been on Blyth Pier a few times lately......had 13 Launce to 3 hook sabiki rig on South Beach Side of pier, but nothing from Harbour Side, tried spinners of various types but nothing else biting. Has been a dredger working in and just outside Blyth harbour this week......water cloudy

Seen someone float fishing, but they had nothing either
