off to glasgow for a few days intend giving loch fyne a bash. would welcome any info marks, tackle,and target species. cheers. will let you know how i got on.

probs be better putting the extra hour in and driving to etive, ive had a couple of stops off at fyne and had nowt but there are doggies there and the occasional pollock and thornies

looked at another forum and they reckon the pier at invarary is fishable.

I was up Invarary last year first week in June, and it was mobbed with mackeral bashers. Mick's right, go further up at least you will get some peace and quiet.

I thought the pier had been closed to anglers cos it is in a dangerous state ?

Cairndow is always worth a try if you can't get onto the pier.
