Ladds.can anyone give me some info on the above.wanting to go
tomorrow but forcast is for light drizzle and SSW winds so dont know if lures will
be any good with water have a ripple on

It's a shallow water maybe 4-5 foot at best in places, loads of jack pike around 4-6lb mark, theres not many places to fish from the bank, (farmer has turn the best bank into a BBQ pit and stop fishing in that area) try the mansion on the opposite bank to the farmer as he has got 2 boats for hire but last year they were underwater and don't know if he sorted them out,

The farmer charged £2 a rod,

fished from the boat but with weather being lite drizzle and 15-16mph ssw winds i dont know if it will effect the fishing as im new to the pike game and perch m8;)

Condition are ideal for pike fishing. I find s/w wind best for all coarse fishing. Overcast and a bit of movement on the water will also work to your advantage. Use bright coloured lures.

When you go out of the boat house turn left depending on the wind drift towards the top or go to the top of the lake (by the houses) and drift down stay about 30 foot away from the rushes and cast toward the rushes had loads of pike on the plugs in ths area

Last time i was there we have try the bottom end of the lake but had very little,
