I have a speedmaster as well, though I am changing back to a fixed spool, bit too fast for me. I was going to sell this reel but noticed after my last trip out that one of the spokes on the drag adjustor had snapped off though its still running smoothly, ( assuming that this would impact its resale value ) must have happened when the rod and I paid and unexpected visit to the floor on cullernose point, it was dark and I was slightly more concerned about myself at the time so did'nt notice the damage at the time.
Anyhow if you cant find the part you could approach me about the reel, as it would be a shame for both reels to go to waste.
