Over the last few months when logging on to NESA site,I fill in my user name and password then press enter and get a welcome but I'm not active to the site.
Unable to post it just asked me to log on again, again and again.
Then after a while I'm logged on and running.

Anyone know what the problem is.

I've had that problem on here and on wsf. Never used to
Happen when I had Internet explorer just seems to happen now and again with google chrome.

john, just gis a call if your stuck. IS it on the laptop or desktop

Avg anti virus and zone alarm firewall. Not the best but both CAN work together without issues.

Windows firewall will be disabled with zone alarm installed.

Your sort of right though.

If he's got two anti virus programs or two firewalls it'll cause all sorts of problems.

But nowadays most people have good routers that have firewalls already built in so that helps.

Ms security essentials is as good as anything really. And its free.
