Tuesday Night 5 February - 19 rods out but only 3 weighed in - BUT WHAT A FISH WON IT !!!!!!

1) Darren "Spock" Smith - 1 cod of 13lb 04oz from Bog Hall Rocks.

2) Michael Bishton - 1 codling 3lb 09oz from The Sumps.

3) Hedley "Posh Voice" Rogers - 1 codling 2lb 05oz from Watts Slope, Whitley Bay Beach.

Several undersize codling and whiting were caught from various marks too.

Darren's magnificent cod is a Club record too - well done mate !!!

Yes Keith - he got a 7lb 6oz cod from the Railway Hole, Lynemouth on 18 November last year whilst fishing in the club's Ronnie Houston memorial match.
