Its just the same as the 3 hook one but substatute the cascade for a standard swivel. Crimp the bottom hook length in place, clip it down then attatch the other hook to the cascade swivel and slide the other hook length up your rig body until all is taught then crimp in place. I usually use a 8 inch length between the bottom hook and the cascade but that's just preference, adjust to suit.
i always use 2 hook loop rig in matches if im using chunky baits... the likes of crab, mussel, cart etc.
baits which are too bulky ive always found hard to stuff behind an impact shield (or equivalent) while still trying to keep the hook size down.
one thing ive found: using a cascade swivel (on the bottom hook length) isnt as successful as an actual bait clip at holding the hook when slamming one into the horizon imo.
