first of all my apologies if i have posted in wrong section.a mate of mine left his Diawa Sealine 450 boat reel and fladen maxximus 20-60lb boat rod in the royal quays marina car park at around 5.30 - 5.45pm after fishing aboard the sarah jfk,it was'nt till an hour and a half later that he realised and rang alan skinner who had left for home himself, alan contacted someone at the royal quays but there was no sign of the tackle. if anyone has found them or has any info if they have been handed in i am sure my mate will make it worth their while for the return of the fishing gear.so please pm me if you have any info.
thanks in advance for any replies.

aye keith he can only live in hope, i told him to contact police lost property he hasn't got back to me on that one yet and its a bad time to lose ya boat gear when its just starting to fish really well over the last couple of days.

yes would be great if he gets it back,as he is booked on sarah jfk on sunday and he said alan will sort him out with some tackle,i sold my mate the diawa sealine 450 which he left at RQ car park, he has only had it about 3 month thats why i have posted the loss as he has no access to a computer.

Being one of our thin blue line boys and reading that the gear was found and handed in fills me with some hope. It's good to know there's some honest people out there.

Hi m8 its great to have honest people when needed and people like you are hard to come by so a big well done for replying to the lad who had lost his gear and a big welcome to nesa as we need people like you:D:D:D:D:D:D

Great result, and credit to JKB. Honesty is rather rare nowa days, so great to know some decent lads found it.
Welcome to NESA mates.
