low water mark for tomorrow

I intend to go fishing tomorrow any suggestions for low water mark 11am to say 5pm between Hartlepool and shields. any suggestions would be much appreciated.

South sheilds pier,off the end. best chance during daylight, low water and daylight don't mix especially if your after cod. Tight lines mate.

there are lo water marks in ryhope but would not advise u to head there without doing some reccy beforehand as u can get cut off.
