Low water marks

Morning all, could someone recommend a low water mark between ss pier and seaham? I'm hoping to get out Friday for a few hours during the day. I normally just fish shields pier over low but fancy a change

1st 2nd and third bays but keep an eye in the tide coming in

Whitburn beach but only in a good sea

Cheers, I think I'll give marsden beach a go, plus I'll get a bit of shelter from the winds that are forecast
