just received my new plotter seems spot on got a lowrence 5000c and the navionics gold map for northeast coast just downloaded the emulater learning how to use it think ill fit it on the boat tommorow cant wait to tryit see if i can find some wrecks just figured out how to put waypoints into it does anyone know if the map ive bought will have any wrecks marked on it

Yeah mate there will be many wrecks on the chart, but you`ll have to search around the area a little to pinpoint them. just dont expect them to be Exactly where shown, do a search pattern then mark them with a waypoint when found.

hi Mate , as Norman said you will find them no probs with your chart . What I do is head for the mark and do a grid sweep with your finder . Just as it appears on the screen mark it with the \"mark\" key and another mark when your just leaving it . With the zig zag pattern you should be able to make out the outline of the wreck . put the boat stationary over the wreck and see which way your drifting and mark an uptide spot and head for for it . Take the wreck in sections on various drifts until you locate the fish , they may be anywhere on the wreck and even may move around so be prepared to change . Good luck
