Managed a short session after work today, couldn't resist it thought I might get a bit wet but not too bad in the end!

Fished the rough ground off Ryhope and Hendon, fish from the off, loads of Mackeral hitting the shads on the way down, lots of cod about as well, mostly around the 2lb mark, had one 6lb and a couple at 4lb, kept 10 fish for the freeze plus a few mackies for the grill.

Seems you gotta take your chance when you can this year so far!!
