What is the best way to freeze blacks ie in news paper or clingfilm etc

A very light sprinkling of salt.Then wrap them in a couple of sheets of news paper.Then wrap this in clingfilm,which stops them drying out.
When defrosted they are like fresh...

Does the salt and newspaper not dry them out ?.
I normally just use cling film before freezing

Salt seems to toughen them up in my experience, stops them going too "sloppy" when defrosted

Wrap mine in paper,then put them into thick freezer bags,prevents freezer burn/drying out n keeps them fresh.Never found paper to dry them out mind,some prefer cling film
Works well for me anyways..

Just use the smallest ammount of salt.The clingfilm around the paper stops them drying out.
Sometimes i used to wrap them like this and not freeze them.
Left in the fridge they got better with age,like all blacks.......

Dishwasher salt.
Just got a 10 kilo delivery this morning.
Bought from flea bay and it's the best..... Finish.
That way I can tell the missus it's for domestic use.
