Lugworm how many?

Hey guys looking at buying a 1lb of lug of ebay. roughly how many worms is this? I know it depends on size but just as a rough estimate how many would you's say?

Not sure how many it wil be but I would recomend buying from your local tackle shop. Keep them in business or you might find one day that they have closed down because of this.

Yeah thats true I went today and bought some its just that its a 30 mile round trip to get there with me living away from the sea. Once bought how long could I keep them for if I put them in cat litter trays with sea water? If I did this do they need to be in the fridge?

They will last a couple of weeks in the fridge providing you change the water for fresh sea water every 1-2 days, if you don't use them you could gut and freeze them ( if they are black that is)

Normally get 10 to 20 in a 1/4lb measure from the shops depending on size. So 4 times that.
