Thinking of trying there tonight! Not sure because the sea was fairly flat today. Was there much sea running when you were up?
Funny beach Lynemouth. I was fishing it last Monday and the sea was looking spot on, but nowt to be had!

wsw light winds flatish on the ebb but picked up slightly on the flood don't be put off by a flat sea from top water you have a canny depth of water and its black always worth a shot m8

Well I tried Lynemouth! Nowt to write home about! Fished from high water to 4 hours down. First fish an hour into the ebb and another an hour or so later. Both around 1lb12oz and the skinniest Dab I have ever seen!
At least I didn't blank. :)

keep at it m8 have always found 2/3hours from bottom is best when theirs a bit of a southerly on and you have a lazy swell
