Usual story for Newcastle, excellent attacking football in the first half, should have been at least 3 up, West Brom never had a chance. They come out for the second half then immediately sit back and start hoofing the ball up the pitch and inviting the opposition on to them. Can't be coincidence, must be the manager telling them to do it, every team knows it's going to happen and take advantage. Nearly as predictable as the hour mark Ameobi substitution. Schoolboy stuff.
I said in a thread a while back that with a change of manager a team usually wins two games, looks like it was worth the gamble for Sunderland. Both teams look pretty safe now.

should have been the operative word, how many more excuses can you think of nicky boy your worse than pardew,as paul's thread stated ginger moyse and his bag of toffee's were showin the door.his team fouled persistently all afternoon and for there efforts got a big fat bo didley.the drink will go down very nice tonight nicky.

You can still thrash a team without a high score level if you are constantly attacking and keeping possession then you thrashed them great result I don't think paulo is the long term answer but he has raised morale an dBm performance short term and probably saved us going down as it was looking bad, I hope I am wrong about paulo but to many managers come in get a massive high then come crashing down
