macky on roker pier anyone??

does any one know if they are getting any macky on roker yet was thinking about have a look on this friday but dont want to waste my time going through if not there yet cheers lads

I heard that they aren't there just yet mate ,make sure you have a Burberry cap to fit in when you do go for the macky mind you .

seaham peir is producing them but only on sunny days and flatcalm seas
so they shoulnt be far away from filling the peir edges soon

nowt on roker ,sure i heard there was loads getting took off shields pier its just that the winnit tell ya nowt.

my mate was on sunderland pier tuesday,he had a few macky and one lad foul hooked a sea trout on feathers.saturday looks to be the best day for it, good luck if you go friday mate.

I was down there last friday night for an hour with the bairn, quite a few down didnt see one fish get caught, sea was too rough and coloured i think for the mackerel. hopefully it has died off now, should be mackerel there in numbers soon..

I was on Roker last Wednesday and there was 4 macky caught, mainly off the end with one coming in from about 20 meters down from the end. They are there but only in certain conditions.
