there was none on seaham peir monday night plenty of coalies and weavers tho
hope they show up tonight (wednesday)

fished the pier this morning from 3am til 4.30am. Caught nowt on spinners but got a dozen macky on feathers,soon as the sun came up away went the macky,but quite a few caught,about 20 or so people fishing but only 2 young uns who had been there since midnight.might have a couple more hours early morn

Fished the pier from just after 8am till 1pmish i had 1 weaver , me mate got 14 macky. A canny few coming in but rather slow it was. A bloke who had be down from 4am said he had ytings and a good amount of mackeral. He said first light has been producing them in numbers. Pier was filling up as the morning went on like.

My mate was down last night and he had a few mackie he was only down for a couple of hours.

the bloke is quite correct,the maqcky were there at 1st light mate but soon disappeared as the sun set

down s/land peir this morning me and my mate and we got about 20 in 40 min bit windy like and it was bottom ov the tide

had 2 hrs on seaham tonight.
reports and saw people coming off with bag fulls
i got 3 myself and a sandeel
not bad for 2 hrs big mackie too
