I wouldn't hold your breath since the wind has turned northerly today and is forecasted same for tomorrow... could get a bit rough.

The moon is close to earth hence the big tides this week and N winds will probs make the shore a better option than boats this weekend if it doesn't get too big.

Yer i am off Friday and was hoping to have a bash for coalie and mackerel from shields. Does anyone know if the sea is big today and also is the water coloured.

The water is black at Seaham, i just want this wind to die a little then im gonna get meself down to the white pole at seaham, does well on a big sea.

Popped into AMH Angling today for a couple of things. Alan had a look on the webcam. Not looking good. I was only first reserve. Rang John from Maggie May and said i would take my dad out for fish and chips and try the piers later on.

Never mind.
