Johns wife rang there is a spot going tomorrow so i,m going to have a look out.
Down Hartlepool today. Sea had big swell on it. Saw Flamer 2 out. Came in the marina to drop two lads off one was feeling very unwell. Boat went back out again at about 2:30 pm.
Lads dropped off the boat said loads of Macky caught but only saw one cod caught on the boat
Bought some king prawns today and also some firetail jelly worms.
Got a feeling i,m not going to get a nice cod but i suppose you never know Also bought some orange muppets.
I will keep trying.

Mick,
I tried king prawns on sunday for about 4 hours as it was the only bait I had...got nowt. It could be because the mrs bought em off the reduced shelf at 50p...but it sort of ruined my confidence in them.

But at least they taste nice to chew on when you aint catching.
