Fished north pier for the last time lads!! yup winter season finished for me now..

Heads for beaches with waders lol gets some flatties in or bass soon...

Bait used: rag, lug, mac, razor, squid & mussel

Had some crackin bites but with nee connections haha!! got 1 codling under a 1lb took forever (loves hiding in the rocks) lmao!! caught on mac n mussel.

Tried my new abu ambassadeur 7000 smooth as a smoothie

me mate was fishin blyth pier n caught 2 codling 2 rocklin.

I'll catch the cods again next winter lol might get a few spring codlings on the beaches wen searchin for bass n flatties and aye ya right it has been pretty quite of lately

Aye i know lol everytime i catch a fish its alil codling nothing else/ shud'nt be complaining like even wen i blank then the next session is a few lil codlings haha.. well its beach time now fun fun.. and aye casper was nice meetin ya too.. canny crack on! hows that 8oz whiten doin lol u made 2 fish cakes or half a fish cake lmao
