fished the cliff tops tonight btwn 530pm and 9pm not a single bite etc think i will build a bonfire with me gear !!!

Doesn\'t seem to be many fish (nor anglers) about at the minute.

Had a few hours out last night (7:30pm \'til 4:00am).......no fish.

Started off fishing the back of Trow Rocks (Grahams Sand).......nothing. Left there at 11:00pm

Fished the little beach (Littlehaven) at Shields \'til 1:30......a few little bites

Went up to The Blocks on the pier.......couple of small knocks

Out all that time......No fish, very few bites and only seen 1 other angler (at the 44 on the pier) and he was packing up to leave.

Lol zippie I was lucky enough to get a couple tonight mate.

Hell Tony, no one can say that you didn\'t try. Canny session that for no fish mate, a bit frustrating.

what you get jim and where from?.heard today that a lad called harry lincoln who won the shields open in november lost a 20lb plus fish on the lift on sunday night off marsden

fished the first bay and the grotto on new years day night over low water, not a nibble.
Could see a few lights at holmsys gut apart from that nee body else.
There was a canny sea running aswell but nee fish.

5:30 til 9pm - then a 8 min walk back to the coast road (9:08) then 2 mins to get ya gear in the car (9:11) and back home in 18 mins

he just got back from north row says there was about 5 of them there

Pleased i stopped in now - be out Friday afternoon though - thats if work permits
